The US-​premiere at PrideArts Chicago starring Carl Herzog (he/him/his), a Jeff Award nominee for Theo Ubique's The Bridges of Madison County, as Steven's Father, Kyra Leigh (she/her/hers) of PrideArts' Southern Comfort, as Steven's Mother, Elissa Newcorn (she/her/hers), who appeared in The Hunchback of Notre Dame, at Music Theater Works, as Steven's Wife and Nate Hall (he/him/his), of Underscore's The Ballad of Lefty and Crabbe, as Steven's Ex. Understudies are Lee Wichman (he/him/hers) as Steven's Father, Michelle Paola Ortiz (she/her/hers) as Steven's Mother, and Mary Laura Godby (she/her/hers) as Steven's Wife. Directed by Jay Españo with Musical Direction by Robert Ollis, whose 2019 music direction of the company's A Man of No Importance earned him his eighth Jeff Award nomination.

​Starring celebrated actress and musical theatre star, best known her portrayal of Glinda in the original West End production of Wicked, Helen Dallimore as Mother, powerhouse vocalist and actor Adam J Rennie (The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Big Fish, Love Never Dies) as The Ex, award-winning vocal sensation Elenoa Rokobaro (High School Musical, Hairspray, Legally Blonde) as Wife and two-time Green Room Award winner Ian Stenlake (Mama Mia!, They’re Playing Our Song, Oklahoma) as Father. Directed by Anthea Williams (Flight Paths, Winyanboga Yurringa Since Ali Died) with Musical Direction by Ben Kiehne.

The premiere season in Northern Ireland at Accidental Theatre as part of the Belfast Pride Festival and a return season at Bellini's as part of the Pride In Newry Festival. Starring Emma Jane McKnight as Wife, Rosemary Kelly as Mother, Paddy McGennity as Father & Sean O'Neill as The Ex. Directed by Gary Redpath with musical direction by Niall O'Flaherty.
